In applying to compete in the Noosa Wrecks & Relics I acknowledge that there are inherent dangers associated with the sport of surfing and serious accidents can and do happen which may result in me being injured. I confirm that I am suffering no illness or health issues that may put my fellow competitors or me at risk due to my participation. To the extent permitted by law I agree to absolve and indemnify Noosa Malibu Club Inc (NMC) and Surfing Queensland (SQ), their directors, officers, employees, sponsors, & volunteers from and against any and all liability for injury, loss or damage however caused arising out of my participation. I agree to release and forever discharge NMC & SQ from all claims that I may have or may have had but for this release arising from my participation. I agree that NMC & SQ and all affiliates retain the right to utilise images of my participation for the purposes of promoting NMC, SQ, their programs & events and the sponsors. I have read, understood, acknowledge and agree to the above. declaration including the warning, release and indemnity.

It is also noted that all credit card and processing fees for entries are non refundable.

I agree to release the SignOns software creator and its contributors for any liability, loss and damage from the use of this software.
